专辑介绍:博物馆教育资源开发与利用
编者按:
2020年9月,教育部和国家文物局联合印发了《关于利用博物馆资源开展中小学教育教学的意见》(以下简称《意见》),对博物馆教育资源开发、拓展博物馆教育方式的途径等问题做出明确的指示。《意见》下发以来,各地文博与教育机构纷纷行动,积极贯彻两部门的指示,推出了内容精彩、形式多样的课程与教育活动,促进了博物馆界与教育部门对这些案例的进一步思考与反思。为了更好地利用博物馆资源开展中小学教育教学的研究与实践,《博物院》推出了“博物馆教育资源开发与利用”专辑。编辑部对国家文物局和教育部相关领导进行了专访,以期从政策的角度为博物馆教育资源的利用指明方向。同时,文博和教育领域专家还回顾了“十三五”期间博物馆教育的发展历程,讨论了学校课程与博物馆教育项目如何“对标”、馆校合作与第三方机构如何对接、学校和学生对现有馆校合作的反馈等问题。本期专辑还精选了一组博物馆教育资源开发与利用的实践案例,无论是南京博物院双主体与分众教学模式的探索,河北博物院利用博物馆资源助力孤独症儿童的治疗,还是首都师范大学附属中学和西安市曲江第二小学博物馆课程进校园的实践,都让我们看到了馆校双方落实《意见》的诚意,双方也都收获了宝贵经验。
利用博物馆资源开展中小学教育教学将是一个漫长的过程,需要社会各界的关注,更需要各相关部门携手并进,切实做好基础工作,让博物馆课程进校园、进课堂、进入学生的内心世界。

内容提要:2020年9月,教育部、国家文物局联合发布了《关于利用博物馆资源开展中小学教育教学的意见》。本刊对国家文物局博物馆与社会文物司司长罗静就《意见》发布的相关情况进行了专访,尤其是利用博物馆资源开展中小学教育教学的背景与过程、各地在实施《意见》的机制和路径、馆校如何协作以及如何指导和促进博物馆资源融入教育体系等问题进行了深入的交流。罗静司长指出,推进馆校融合,加强优势互补,对于新时期深化教育改革、提高教育质量、促进中小学全面发展具有重要的意义;同时,利用博物馆资源,不仅要建立长效合作机制,鼓励社会各方参与,创新教育模式;还要强化优秀博物馆进校园项目的示范引领,加强资源整合和信息共享,完善评价体系和标准建设等工作,使馆校有机融合,让博物馆资源“点亮”未来。

Abstract: In September 2020, the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and the National Cultural Heritage Administration jointly issued the Opinions on Using Museum Resources to Develop Education and Teaching in Primary and Middle Schools. This journal conducted an exclusive interview with Luo Jing, Director of Museum and Social Relics Department under National Cultural Heritage Administration on the release of the Opinions, especially the background and process of using museum resources to develop primary and middle school education and teaching, and the mechanisms for implementing the Opinions in various regions. In-depth exchanges were conducted on issues such as the path, how the museum and school collaborate, and how to guide and promote the integration of museum resources into the education system. Director Luo Jing pointed out that advancing the integration of museums and schools and strengthening complementary advantages are of great significance to deepening education reform, improving education quality, and promoting the overall development of primary and middle schools in the new era. At the same time, the use of museum resources not only requires the establishment of a long-term cooperation mechanism, but also encourage various communities participating in and innovate educational models; it is also necessary to strengthen the demonstration and guidance of excellent museums entering campus projects, strengthen resource integration and information sharing, improve the evaluation system and standard construction, etc., organically integrate museums and schools, and let museum resources light up the future.

内容提要:2020年9月,教育部、国家文物局联合发布了《关于利用博物馆资源开展中小学教育教学的意见》,教育部门如何看待博物馆资源进校园的问题呢?本刊编辑部为此对教育部发展研究中心副主任陈如平进行了专访,就博物馆资源利用的前提与过程、博物馆类课程的评价方式和博物馆资源进校园的落实方式等问题进行了交流,认为博物馆资源进校园的前提是与学校合作编制“资源导引”,博物馆资源要与课标对应;博物馆类课程评价的意义在于激励而不是甄别分等,馆校双方的期待是“让博物馆为孩子播下成长的种子”,最终让中华优秀传统文化影响孩子的一生。

Abstract: In September 2020, the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and the National Cultural Heritage Administration jointly issued the Opinions on Using Museum Resources to Develop Education and Teaching in Primary and Middle Schools. As a policy maker, how does the Ministry of Education view the issue of museum resources entering campuses? The editor conducted an exclusive interview with Chen Ruping, Deputy Director of the Development Research Center of the Ministry of Education, and exchanged views on the premise and process of museum resources utilization, the evaluation method of museum courses, and the implementation method of museum resources on campus. The premise of museum resources entering the campus is to cooperate with the school to develop “resource guidance”, and museum resources should correspond to the curriculum standards; the significance of museum curriculum evaluation is to encourage rather than discriminate and rank, and the expectation of both museums and schools is to “let museums inspire children to grow up”, and finally, let the traditional Chinese culture influence children’s life.
