博物馆联盟:基于亚文化视角的现状观察与建设原则

内容提要:博物馆联盟是一种亚文化现象,指以共同的文化宗旨为纽带,地区内部、跨地区乃至跨国联合并致力于传承弘扬文化且各馆之间可以平等交流的非营利性组织,具有延展个体博物馆及其主流文化的二次元构建作用。我国目前出现较多博物馆联盟,它们顺应社会发展形势,种类多样;但也存在重组建、轻运营等问题。基于亚文化的创新性建设与可持续发展策略应包括有序发展、绩效评估、学术引领、跨界融合、数字引领、强基固本、内部创新驱动七个原则。

Abstract: As a subcultural phenomenon, museum alliance refers to the non-profit organization aiming to create various links between museums or among museums and other institutes regionally or trans-regionally for the purpose of better collectively fulfilling museum mission and tremendous promotion of museum running standards. Focusing on the key problems of current development of museum alliances, the author uses the subculture theory to make a further argument on the seven principles of China museum alliances building and functioning.

博物馆知识产权保护与公民文化权利实现的冲突和平衡

The Conflict and Balance Between Intellectual Property Rights Protection of Museums and Realization of Cultural Rights of Citizens

内容提要:博物馆知识产权属于博物馆私权。博物馆知识产权的不当扩张,有可能使社会利用博物馆智力成果成本增加、利用率降低,并使公众接触博物馆资源的机会减少,进而影响公民文化权利的实现。博物馆知识产权制度建设应体现“公共领域保留”的法律原则,为知识产权在基本文化服务和非基本文化服务两类应用中分别设置管理规定,以制度激励创新;并通过民事合同合理规避有争议知识产权的使用风险、提高知识产权保护的技术手段等实践策略,为知识产权保护背景下的公民文化权利实现提供积极作用。

Abstract: The intellectual property rights of museums are parts of the private property rights of the museum. Improper expansion of the intellectual property rights of museums may lead to increasing cost of social utilization of intellectual achievements of museums as well as reduced usability and reduced access to museum resources for the public, thus affects the realization of public cultural rights. The intellectual property rights system construction of museums shall embody the legal principle of “reservation of the public domain”, set separate regulations for the application of intellectual property in basic cultural services and non-basic cultural services, and practice strategies such as encouraging institutional innovation, reasonably avoiding the use risk of disputed intellectual property through civil contracts, and improving the technical means for intellectual property protection. It can play a positive role in the realization of citizens’ cultural rights under the background of intellectual property rights protection.

多感知博物馆研究的前沿追踪与探析

Some Thoughts on the International Frontier of Multisensory Museum Studies

内容提要:多感知博物馆研究秉持“具身转向”,这为当代批判性、反思性的博物馆学研究提供了兼具实验性和实践性的理论碰撞和方法论灵感。《多感知博物馆:触摸、声音、嗅味、空间与记忆的跨学科视野》作为该领域的前沿论著,提出博物馆研究应关注博物馆观众身体的多重感知系统及其行为表现,即他们的参观行为可以同时激活自身嗅觉、味觉、听觉、触觉等多重身体感知而非只是目观。这在很大程度上得益于认知神经科学的进步,必将引发更多关于博物馆社会属性、跨学科旨向、“物—人”关系的再思考,也将促进国内博物馆学研究的进一步发展。

Abstract: The embodiment turn of multisensory museum studies has provided theoretical thinking and methodological insight for contemporary critical, reflexive museum studies. The Multisensory Museum: Cross-Disciplinary Perspective on Touch, Sound, Smell, Memory and Space is a newly translated to discuss that, it is free and equal for diverse museum visitors to activate olfactory, gustatory, auditory, tactus sensory systems as well as visual sense. This view is much related with innovative developments in cognition and neuro-science. It will initiate more researches on the social role of museum, the transdisciplinary studies of museum, and the relation between material and human. Besides, these ideas will also make us do more appliable investigations.

我国非国有博物馆税收优惠政策的现状、问题与完善路径初探

内容提要:税收优惠政策是国家通过间接资助,帮助非国有博物馆缓解资金压力的主要手段之一,有其独到的优势;但目前我国针对非国有博物馆的税收优惠政策尚处于起步阶段,对非国有博物馆及其利益相关者的激励作用有限。本文检视我国非国有博物馆税收优惠政策的现状及存在的问题,以他国经验作为借鉴,讨论我国在税收优惠政策方面,如何从健全税收支持体系、调整优惠对象及保证落实等方面入手,使之能够有效推动非国有博物馆的健康稳步发展。

Abstract: Applying tax deduction policies is one of the main means for a country to help non-state owned museums alleviate their financial pressure through indirect funding, which has its unique advantages. However, the tax policies for non-state owned museums in China are still in the initial stage, and the incentives for those museums and their stakeholders need to be cultivated and developed. This paper reviews the current situation and problems of tax deduction policies for non-state owned museums in China, and discusses how to improve the tax incentives in China from the aspects of improving the tax support system, adjusting the target of incentives and ensuring the implementation, so as to effectively promote the healthy and steady development of non-state owned museums.

清末民初北京地区银元的兴起、盛行及其原因

The Rise and Prevailing of Silver Dollar and Its Reasons in Beijing During the Late Qing Dynasty and the Early Republic of China

内容提要:通过对清末民初北京地区房地契约及相关文献的分析,探讨了该地区银元的流通情况及影响因素。研究表明,在北京地区,银元的正式使用始于光绪中期,但清末使用比例较低;民国三年后,银元使用量激增,取代传统银两成为主要交易货币。从银元种类看,该地区常用银元种类较多,价格也有差异,形成本地的银元流通特点。北京地区银元的流通经历了缓慢起步、逐渐盛行的过程。清末,传统的银两制阻碍了银元的使用;民国初年,政府通过币制改革及税收政策引导,促使银元广泛流通,银元成为北京地区主要流通货币之一。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of house property and real estate contracts in Beijing in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, the paper discusses the circulation of silver dollar in this area and its influencing factors. The research shows that the formal use of silver dollar in Beijing began in the mid-Guangxu period, but the proportion of silver dollars in the contracts in the late Qing Dynasty was relatively low. After 1914, the proportion of silver dollar soared, and replaced the traditional silver taels as the main transaction currency. From the perspective of types of silver dollar, there were many kinds of it in this area, and the price was also different, which formed the characteristics of local silver dollar circulation. The use of silver dollar in Beijing experienced the process from slow start to prevalence. In the late Qing Dynasty, the traditional system of silver taels hindered the circulation of silver dollar. In the early Republic of China, the reform of the government currency system and the guidance of the tax policy promoted the widespread circulation of silver dollar, and became one of the main currencies in Beijing.

试论民国时期辛亥革命历史记忆的保存与展示

内容提要:民国时期,包括博物馆在内的相关文物收藏机构,特别是国民党中央执行委员会党史史料编纂委员会及国民党中央党史史料陈列馆不同程度开展了辛亥革命实物与文献征藏及陈列展览工作,初步形成了涵盖中央与地方两个层面的辛亥革命历史记忆保存体系,为辛亥革命文化遗产保护与传承奠定了必要基础。受时代限制,民国时期文物收藏机构开展的辛亥革命实物与文献征藏及展示工作不同程度存在问题或短板,所征藏之辛亥革命实物与文献的教化育人功能亦未得到充分发挥。

Abstract: During the Republic of China (1912—1949), relevant cultural relics collection institutions including museums, especially the Compilation Committee of Party History Historical Materials of the Executive Committee of the Kuomintang Central Committee and the Exhibition Hall of Party History Historical Materials of the Kuomintang Central Committee, carried out the collection of historical materials of the Revolution of 1911 to varying degrees, initially forming a historical memory preservation system of the Revolution of 1911 covering both central and local levels, which laid the necessary foundation for the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage of the Revolution of 1911. Restricted by the times, the collection of historical materials of the Revolution of 1911 carried out by the cultural relics collection institutions of the Republic of China (1912—1949) has problems or shortcomings in varying degrees, and the educational function of the collected historical materials of the Revolution of 1911 has not been brought into full play.

民国时期天津博物院社会教育职能的实践

Abstract: As a new cultural and educational institution, the modern museum was introduced to China from the West, and was given the mission of popularizing science, disseminating knowledge, opening up the people’s wisdom, and enriching the country and strengthening the people. Tianjin Museum implements the museum’s social education functions from cultural relics collection, exhibitions, academic exchanges, publicity and education, and complements school education, and explores and advances for “enlightening people’s wisdom, cultivating people’s morals, and promoting people’s strength” .

内容提要:革命文献中的伪装出版物往往以封面等外表形式的伪装,掩盖其真实内容,达到宣传效果,对抗战时期的革命宣传起到了重要作用,是我党开展地下工作、传播革命思想的手段之一。北京市文物局综合事务中心所藏《大东亚战争下的国际情势》即是一个汇集抗日战争期间中国共产党重要文献的伪装本。结合该书封面、内容、纸质等信息推断此书的成书时间为1944年12月15日至1945年8月15日之间,面向人群应为北平城内的地下党员、进步群众和学生等,该书的出版体现了抗日战争中北平革命战线上没有硝烟的斗争。

Abstract: Camouflaged publications in revolutionary literature are often disguised by different form of cover or title, etc., covering up their true contents, so as to achieve the publicity effect. Camouflaged publications played a vital role in the revolutionary publicity during the Anti-Japanese War, and were also served as an important means for the Communist Party of China to carry out underground work and spread revolutionary information. The International Situation under the Great Asian War collected in the Center for General Affairs Affiliated with Beijing Municipal Cultural Heritage Bureau is a camouflage book contained important documents of the Communist Party of China. The appearance and contents of the book indicated the press time should be from December 15, 1944 to August 15, 1945, targeting Party members, advanced masses and students in Peiping, etc. as readers. The publication of this book reflected the struggle history of Peiping behind the Anti-Japanese War.

探论藏品的科学排架——以青铜文物排架实践为例

内容提要:藏品的科学排架是藏品科学管理的核心环节,是库房保管工作得以开展的基础和保障,对藏品文物的妥善保护和研究利用具有积极作用。博物馆应根据藏品的特点和实际情况选择适合自身的科学排架方法。通过制定合理的排架方案,选择实用的橱柜,对藏品进行科学的分类整理和有序的排列摆放。对藏品排架工作中遇到的问题和困难,应与时俱进、不断完善,以适应现代博物馆事业发展的需要。本文从上海博物馆青铜文物排架实践出发,对藏品科学排架进行初步探讨。

Abstract: The scientific shelving of collections is the core part of the scientific management of collections, and is the basis and guarantee for the preservation of warehouse storage. It has a positive effect on the protection, research and utilization of cultural relics. Each museum should choose its own scientific shelving method according to the characteristics of the collections and the actual situation. Through a reasonable shelving scheme, select practical cabinets, and scientifically classifying and arranging the collections in an orderly manner. The problems and difficulties encountered in the work of shelving collections should be advanced with the times and constantly improved to meet the needs of the development of modern museums. Based on the shelving of bronze relics in Shanghai Museum, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the scientific shelving of collections.

单一类器物展览的多学科策展路径研究——以“无穷·镜——古代铜镜中的微观世界”展览为例

内容提要:单一类器物展览是较为常见的一种展览类型,但因其展品属性,策展时容易陷于固有思维,造成“千展一面”。2021年,金华市博物馆策划了原创展览“无穷·镜——古代铜镜中的微观世界”。展览受人类学文化诠释方法的启发,构建新型内容框架以适应单一器物多维度和深层次的解读;从艺术史对图像的解释中获取灵感,建立文本和视觉的有效连接。以多学科的视野和跨学科的理念应对单一类器物展览的短板,进行了一次单一类器物展览多学科策展的实践。

Abstract: The single-type object exhibition, a relatively common one, is easily and conventionally designed alike for the attributes of artifacts. In 2021, the exhibition Infiniteness: Microcosm in Ancient Chinese Bronze Mirrors initiated by Jinhua Museum was a multi-disciplinary curatorial practice. Namely, on a basis of traditional archaeology and study of cultural relics, it adopted a new perspective of anthropology to establish a connection between vision and text through the interpretation on images from art history, and integrate advantages of various disciplines to deal with the shortcomings of the single-type object exhibition.

内容提要:随着数字技术的迅猛发展,如何在博物馆的设计、展陈中应用这些前沿的数字技术,并将数字思维融于其中,从而使博物馆发展能够与当代的技术进步同步,是一个亟待研究的课题。本文所描述的案例,是通过综合运用交互技术、沉浸体验和生成艺术等,对传统工艺技法进行数字可视化解析和交互式的呈现;继而以交互投影技术为基础,通过营造传统工艺情境化的体验氛围激发参观者的共情;最后以生成艺术算法为技术基础,对苏绣技法进行数字化模拟,使参观者在这样一个直观、生动、可即时交互的观展过程中深化对传统刺绣的理解,同时也使这一套完整的博物馆数字化认知—体验流程装置成为促进参观者认知、提升参观体验的工具。

Abstract: With the rapid development of digital technologies, it is becoming a more and more major issue of applying these cutting-edge technologies and digital thinking to the design and curation of museums. In this paper, we try to response it with our design by applying the interactive, immersive technology and generative art together. Firstly, we digitize and deconstruct the traditional Suzhou embroidery master piece by analyzing the stitches and making them visualized. Secondly, we design the immersive installation by constructing the certain context of traditional embroidery with the interactive mapping technique. Finally, we simulate different stitches of Suzhou embroidery with generative algorithm digitally, and make it interactive to visitors simultaneously. With these digital applications being integrated into the museum visiting activity, the experience of visitors is well improved.

民族文物藏品数字化信息的拓展与叙事性展现

内容提要:不同的社会语境和社会族群形塑不同的“物”。就博物馆藏品而言,将物置于事件的发展进程中,充分挖掘藏品的叙事性信息,具有重要价值。本研究以民族文物为例,基于民族文物构建自身传记的必要性,及其在呈现族群文化观中的重要作用,分析民族文物数字化档案信息构建的意义,提出拓展藏品信息的广度、注重叙事性构建等几点建议;在此基础上,探讨充分利用影像手段的必要性:即更好地展现民族文物的叙事性,更好地与观众进行线上线下的互动。

Abstract: As specimen of social practice, objects are deeply rooted in different social context and social groups. The narrativity of collection, which needs to be built on abundant information base, can be shown by putting objects into different event procedures and observing their meanings and values. This research focuses on ethnic cultural relics, discussing the necessity for establishing their cultural biography and significance of setting up their digital archives. To build up digital archives, recording everything and constructing sufficient framework of catalogue should be important. Inspired by visual ethnography, visual media should be used sufficiently to record the information of ethnic cultural relics and cultural context.

“云展览”的特点及发展方向探索——以“敦行故远:故宫敦煌特展”为例

内容提要:我国高度重视优秀传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展,这为“云展览”的创新和探索奠定政策基础。随着数字技术的进步,“云展览”的构建和传播方式有了更多可能。近年来,“云展览”由于其不受场地限制、不依赖于实物展品、传播方式灵活多样等特点,受到各大博物馆的欢迎,观众对线上虚拟展览的需求也呈现几何级数增长,“云展览”为疫情下博物馆的复苏提供出路。本文试以“敦行故远:故宫敦煌特展”做法和经验,分析“云展览”的特点和优势,提出发展建议。

Abstract: China attaches great importance to the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese traditional culture, laying the policy foundation for the innovation and exploration of “online exhibition”, and with the advancement of digital technology, there are more possibilities for the construction and dissemination of “online exhibition”. In recent years, “online exhibition” is welcomed by major museums due to its characteristics of not being restricted by space, not relying on physical exhibits, and flexible and diverse dissemination methods, etc. The demand for online virtual exhibitions from visitors has also increased geometrically, “online exhibition” provides a way out for the recovery of museums under the epidemic. In this paper, we try to analyse the characteristics and advantages of “online exhibition” and make suggestions for their development, based on the practice and experience of the exhibition Beyond the Bounds of History: A Collaborative Exhibition Between the Palace Museum and Dunhuang Academy.

博物馆公共餐饮服务研究

内容提要:博物馆餐饮服务是缓解观众疲劳、提升公共服务能力的重要手段之一。文章在梳理当前学术成果、了解前沿动态的基础上,尝试界定博物馆餐饮服务的内涵及范围,探寻其发展历程,实地考察其现状,通过问卷调查,征求观众意见,并利用自媒体平台收集相关资料做参考,力图全面分析博物馆餐饮行业。研究发现,博物馆餐饮服务存在同质化、快餐化的问题,还有很大提升空间,需深挖文化内涵,进行创造性转化,逐步向专业化方向发展。博物馆应转变思维,从观众需求出发,注重餐饮性价比,提升服务质量,打造餐饮品牌。

Abstract: Museum catering services are an important means to relieve audience fatigue and improve museum public services. Informed by the previous findings and the cutting-edge trends, this study aims to have a comprehensive understanding of the museum catering industry, by investigating the current situation of catering and interviewing visitors. Specifically, this study delineates the connotation and scope, and explores the development of museum catering service. The results show that the museum catering services, faced with the problem of being homogenized and snackable, still have a long way to go. This study concludes that museums should alter the traditional thinking to give priority to audience needs, pay attention to the cost performance ratio, improve the service quality, and create a brand culture in the catering industry.

明代彩漆描金柜的制作工艺研究

Study on Techniques of the Black Lacquer Cabinet with Colored and Gold-Painted Design in Ming Dynasty

内容提要:故宫博物院收藏的明代彩漆描金柜是皇帝巡狩时存贮衣服的专用衣柜,各面均饰龙戏珠纹,富丽堂皇,集描漆、嵌螺钿等多种漆工艺于一体,是一件精美绝伦之作,具有极高的研究价值。本文从龙纹造型特点、装饰风格等几个方面对髹漆图像进行研究,结合文献和实践工作复原了描彩漆、嵌螺钿、描金、嵌金银等工艺。为解决工艺研究中的材料问题,本文采用拉曼光谱技术(Raman)、广域X射线荧光扫描成像技术(MA-XRF)对文物进行了无损分析,结果表明彩漆使用朱砂、群青、石绿和铅白调和而成,装饰材料为金、银、螺钿。该研究对彩漆描金柜后期的保护修复及此类明代家具和漆器制作工艺研究具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。

Abstract: The black lacquer cabinet with colored and gold-painted design in Ming Dynasty collected in the Palace Museum was a storage device for the emperor’s clothes during his travels. Each surface is decorated with dragon playing with a ball, rich and magnificent. It combines coloring, mother-of-pearl inlay and other painting techniques into one. It is an exquisite masterpiece with high research value. This paper studied the painting image from the aspects of dragon design and decorative style. Combined with literature and practice, coloring, mother-of-pearl inlay, gold painting, gold or silver inlay and other techniques were restored. In order to solve the problem of raw material in the process research, Raman spectroscopy and scanning Marco X-Ray Fluorescence Imaging (MA-XRF) were used to non-destructively analyze the raw materials and production process of cultural relics. The results showed that the colored lacquer was composed of cinnabar, ultramarine, mineral green and lead white. Gold, silver and mother-of-pearl were used in the decorative material. This study has a certain amount of reference value for the later protection and restoration of the lacquer cabinet and the research on the production technology of this type of furniture and lacquer wares in Ming Dynasty.
